Etobicoke is one of the six municipalities that became part of the city in Toronto in the early fifties. It is a massive region that covers slightly more than 123 km. sq. and hosts a population of over 365K. Eringate is located in the northwestern corner of the city. In its proximity are highway 427 and Pearson airport. Furthermore, the entire area there is well served by public transport, which makes getting in and out of the neighborhood relatively easy and fast. There is a total of seven Christian churches in various denominations and other temples dedicated to other religions. Some of the most notable institutions and landmarks within the neighborhood borders are the Briarcrest Park, Centennial Park Golf Centre, Centennial Park, Wellesworth Park, Elmbrook Park Library, Eringate Mall, and West Deane Park. There are half a dozen public schools available to the children living in Eringate. The selection of affordable Eringate condos is one of the best in the city. It is the home to essential local facilities such as the Etobicoke General Hospital, Humber College’s North Campus, Toronto’s Hindu temple, and the Woodbine Centre. The selection of eateries is as diverse as the community in West Humber. There is a wide selection of West Humber condos in pretty much all sizes and floor plans. In terms of amenities, that enormously varies from building to building. In addition to the many residential buildings and houses, the neighborhood is home to many commercial and industrial buildings.
